The upper portion of these ashtrays served as a whiteboard surface with challenging questions for locals to respond to, while the lower portion was designed to store cigarette tails which were used for voting on challenging questions and thus acted as an “opinion board”. The ashtrays were successfully constructed and put in place in key spots throughout the city thanks to cooperation with a business that specializes in advertisement construction.
